Sol Interiors ("Sol Interiors," "we," "us" or "our") is a residential interior design studio serving Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego, California. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through solinteriors-id.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the number of rooms in your project and any message you write.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect basic technical information, such as your browser and device type, pages viewed, the website that referred you, the date and time of your visit and an approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule your consultation.
- To provide, manage and communicate about our design services.
- To understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it and our marketing.
- To protect the Site, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with the law.
How we share your information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Webflow), our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and our email and communication providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and give you a clear way to opt out first.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to remember your preferences and to measure visits through HubSpot analytics (for example, the cookies __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc and __hssrc). You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the home page, or block cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to decline analytics cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, keep proper business records and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.
How we protect information
The Site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may, to the extent the law applies to us, ask to know what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may also ask whether we shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request by confirming information you have already given us, and you may use an authorized agent. We respond within the time required by law.
